Wire Harness Design
Untangle The Mess Quickly
Wire harnesses are very complicated and cause headaches across many industries. As a backbone of motors and vehicles, these bundles help protect the wires that dozens of modules in a single vehicle use to communicate. We can help simplify your process and make designing and perfecting wire harnesses a breeze. Make the hassle much easier.

Select Wires
Each task needs the correct wire, so selecting the correct conductor material, conductor diameter, insulator size, and color are all imperative.
Choose Terminals
Some industries may need different terminals to offer different properties like protection, longevity, ease of connecting/disconnecting, ease of de-pinning, supporting legacy equipment, cost, etc. Ensure to select a terminal you are happy with, and has an appropriate number of slots for how many wires are in that part of the harness.

Keep Organized
It's typical for a modern car to have over one hundred pounds of wires in all the harnesses combined. Stay organized before you make harnesses so you know which wires in which harnesses do what, and perhaps label the physical wires to help debug later.
